Mike Sturdivant has been a team member of California Advocates Management Services since August 2024. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Jose State University. Before working at CAMS, Mike was part of the PCBC event team at the California Building Industry Association for nearly 20 years.
Mike is an event professional skilled in developing, designing, marketing, and producing meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events. He places a high value on productivity and meeting team’s goals with energy and initiative, and is flexible, enthusiastic, supportive, and nimble to changing priorities and during high-stress periods. He also has earned a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
Mike enjoys hiking, sports, music (Bruce Springsteen) and National Parks. In 2017 he hiked Mount Whitney (the highest mountain in the contiguous United States). He’s a big 49ers & SF Giants fan and loves college football. Mike is married and has two daughters.
