
Kelly Hoskins has been with California Advocates, Inc. since 2018 and currently serves as Director of Operations and Senior Account Executive. With more than 18 years of experience in association management, operations, human resources, finance, and project management, she partners with boards, volunteers, and association leaders to deliver exceptional member services and successful programs.
Kelly oversees operations for a diverse portfolio of statewide trade and professional associations, leading cross-functional teams responsible for human resources, contract administration, budgeting, board governance, educational programming, conferences, sponsorships, publications, and strategic initiatives. She also manages continuing legal education programs accredited by the State Bar of California and works closely with volunteer leaders, boards of directors, committees, and executive leadership to ensure organizational goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining California Advocates, Kelly held leadership roles in nonprofit management, construction, engineering, architecture, and franchise operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on organizational leadership and business operations. Known for her attention to detail, and commitment to client service, she has become a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys gardening, listening to true crime podcasts and spending time on the California coast with her husband, their two children, and their English Mastiff, Marli.
