Kelsey Nolan joined CAMS in June 2026 and currently serves as the Association’s Bookkeeper for all the CAMS clients. Kelsey has over 17 years of experience with non-profit organizations and local government associations, with over 25 years of experience in accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Non-Profit Professional certification, a Human Resources certification and has completed the National Association of Counties High Performance Leadership Academy. Her background also includes extensive experience working on audits, payroll, benefits, and managing multiple clients and entities simultaneously.
In her free time, Kelsey loves to travel, play softball and spend time with extended family who live in Oregon and her daughter Courtney. She also volunteers regularly at local food banks, local schools and for the Girl Scouts of America.
